These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of minimaxh3.ai (the "Service"), an AI video and image generation platform powered by the MiniMax H3 model. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. The Service and Your Account

The Service lets you generate and edit videos and images from text prompts and reference files. You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your region) to use the Service. You are responsible for your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Keep your login secure and notify us of any unauthorized use.

2. Credits, Subscriptions, and Payments

Generations consume credits. Credits are available through free signup grants, subscription plans, and one-time credit packs, as described on our Pricing page. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled; you can cancel anytime and keep access until the end of the paid period. Purchased credits are valid for the period stated at purchase. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable once credits have been consumed. Prices may change with notice; changes apply from your next billing cycle.

3. Your Content and Generated Results

Your uploads. You retain ownership of the prompts, images, video, and audio you upload. You grant us a limited license to process and store them solely to operate the Service. You must own or have permission to use everything you upload — including people's likenesses and voices.

Generated content. Subject to these Terms and your plan, you own the videos and images you generate. Content generated under a paid plan includes commercial usage rights as described on our commercial license page. Free-tier content is for personal, non-commercial use.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to create or share content that:

• Is illegal, or promotes illegal activity;
• Depicts real people in a deceptive or harmful way, including non-consensual deepfakes or impersonation;
• Is sexually explicit involving minors, or exploits or harms minors in any way;
• Harasses, defames, threatens, or incites violence against any person or group;
• Infringes intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights of others;
• Attempts to probe, overload, reverse engineer, or disrupt the Service or its models.

We may remove content, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate these rules, and we may report unlawful activity to authorities.

5. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". AI-generated output can be inaccurate, unexpected, or imperfect; you are responsible for reviewing content before using it. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time; we will make reasonable efforts to notify you of material changes.
